Project Sujala – Access to Safe Drinking Water:

Key Programs and Objectives: To address water scarcity and improve health, Project Sujala aims to provide safe drinking water to remote tribal villages that lack a reliable water supply. Through installing borewells, hand pumps, and distributing water drums, we are ensuring that these communities have easier access to potable water, reducing the burden of long-distance water fetching.

Project Velugu – Lighting Tribal Habitations:

Key Programs and Objectives: Under Project Velugu, we are tackling the issue of inadequate lighting in tribal habitations by installing solar lights in areas with limited or no access to electricity. By lighting up villages, we enhance safety, support nighttime activities, and contribute to the overall wellbeing of these communities.

Project Poshan – Nutrition for Children and Mothers:

Key Programs and Objectives: Project Poshan is focused on combating malnutrition, particularly among anaemic children, pregnant women, and lactating mothers. Through nutrition camps, supplementation, and health monitoring, we aim to improve the overall nutritional status and health of vulnerable groups within the tribal communities.

Project Vidya – Educational Support and Development:

Key Programs and Objectives: Recognizing the importance of education in empowering tribal youth, Project Vidya supports school infrastructure, learning resources, and skill-building opportunities. Key activities include:

  • Construction of Bridge schools for children in internally displaced villages to reintegrate them into mainstream education.
  • Construction of classrooms and borewell facilities in tribal schools. Renovation of govt school buildings and constructing Anganwadi centres in tribal habitations.
  • Career guidance programs (like Marga Darshani) targeting high school and junior college students & Science-based initiatives to spark interest in STEM fields.
  • Running Evening Study Centres (Targeted group - BPL Families) where children are guided by tutors to revise their lessons taught in the school in a conducive environment.

Project Vaidya – Healthcare & Medical Support:

Key Programs and Objectives: Project Vaidya is our healthcare initiative designed to improve medical services for underserved tribal areas. We collaborate closely with government hospitals, filling gaps by providing essential medical equipment, structural improvements, and organizing regular medical camps. This project supports:

  • Donation of beds, IV stands, syringe pumps, and patient monitors.
  • Inpatient block setups and structural improvements in hospitals PHCs & Sub Centres
  • Mobile medical services in remote areas.
  • Emergency care during disease outbreaks and seasonal illnesses.
  • Additionally, we organize periodic blood donation camps and health awareness sessions under this project.

Emergency and Disaster Relief Services- During emergencies, we provide immediate relief to affected tribal families.

Key Programs and Objectives:

  • Essential supplies and services for villages affected by natural disasters.
  • Distribution of household supplies and construction materials for rebuilding.
  • Organising Medical camps and distribution of relief kits during floods or other calamities.
  • Material support to families affected by hut fires and landslides.

Project Rythu nestham – Natural Farming and Agriculture Support:

Key Programs and Objectives: Project Rythu nestham promotes sustainable agricultural practices among tribal farmers. By encouraging natural farming methods and distributing seed kits for kitchen gardening, we aim to foster self-sufficiency and boost local food security. Additionally, we provide guidance on best practices and necessary resources to improve crop yields sustainably.

Village Development Program – Community-Based Improvement Initiatives:

Key Programs and Objectives: The village development program is a combination of both technology and community development activities in the tribal communities.

Objectives:

  • Establish mini libraries stocked with multilingual books for children, youth, and adults.
  • Create common spaces for screening awareness videos, online classes and other community development related programs
  • Set up well-maintained, gender-sensitive public toilets and bathing units.
  • Install boards displaying govt. scheme details, helpline numbers, and important updates.

Women Empowerment – Project Koushalya:

Key Programs and Objectives: Kaushalya is a women-centric development program focused on uplifting tribal and economically backward women through vocational training, livelihood development, and self-sustaining microenterprises. It aims to build capacity, boost self-reliance, and promote dignity through meaningful economic engagement.

Objectives:

  • Provide hands-on vocational training in tailoring, food processing, agriculture-based livelihoods, and handicrafts.
  • Encourage entrepreneurial initiatives and local value addition to tribal produce.
  • Enhance financial literacy and digital skills among rural women and youth.
  • Foster leadership, confidence, and community participation among tribal women.

Environmental Protection – Project Prakruthi:

Key Programs and Objectives: Prakruthi is an environment-focused initiative aimed at protecting and preserving the ecological balance, particularly in tribal and rural regions. It emphasizes sustainable living, biodiversity conservation, and climate-resilient practices that empower communities to live in harmony with nature.

Objectives:

  • Promote environmental awareness among tribal communities through education and outreach programs.
  • Undertake afforestation drives and native tree plantation in degraded tribal landscapes.
  • Protect forest resources through community-led conservation and participation.
